While specialising in neurological rehabilitation, the team at 360Neuro Physio brings a broad scope of clinical expertise to support individuals whose neurological, vestibular, cardiorespiratory and musculoskeletal systems have been affected following injury or illness. This breadth of knowledge enables rehabilitation programmes to address the complex and often multifactorial needs seen in medico-legal rehabilitation cases.
Services are delivered across Manchester and the North West, frequently within the client’s home or community environment to ensure rehabilitation remains practical, functional and relevant to everyday life.

360Neuro Physio provides a range of specialist physiotherapy services, including:
- Specialist physiotherapy assessment across neurological, vestibular, cardio/respiratory and musculoskeletal presentations.
- Detailed clinical reporting following assessment.
- Rehabilitation planning and goal setting in collaboration with the client, family, carers and the multidisciplinary team.
- Evidence-based physiotherapy using hands-on treatment and individually tailored rehabilitation programs.
- Ongoing review of rehabilitation progress and progress reporting.
- Participation in MDT meetings and case conferences, delivered in person or virtually where appropriate.

Where required, 360Neuro Physio works with established partners to support coordinated rehabilitation and equipment provision.

360 Neuro Physio provides rehabilitation for individuals presenting with a range of neurological, vestibular and complex injury-related conditions, including:
- Traumatic or acquired brain injury
- Spinal cord injury/surgery
- Polytrauma and complex musculoskeletal injuries
- Other neuromuscular conditions affecting movement, balance and coordination
- Vestibular disorders, including dizziness and vertigo.
