Katy Herbert, the principal therapist, is committed to delivering comprehensive and specialised therapy tailored for adults living with neurological conditions in the Northwest region.
All assessments and treatments are meticulously designed to restore and optimise movement and independence, ensuring that each program addresses the unique needs of clients.
It is appreciated that accessing clinic based services may not be feasible for everyone. Therefore, we offer flexible therapy options that can be conducted in various settings, including clients' homes, residential care facilities, and community environments such as supermarkets, gyms, or local pools (where appropriate).
While we primarily serve the Manchester area, 360Neuro also often treats clients within surrounding areas across the northwest . Please feel free to get in touch to discuss your specific needs.
A little bit more about Katy....
Katy qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2016 with First-Class Honours and holds a BSc in Anatomical Sciences from the University of Manchester (2011). She is also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist (2014) and Acupuncturist (2019), and has completed specialist postgraduate training in neurological rehabilitation, including the Basic Bobath (2022) and Advanced Bobath courses (2025).
Throughout her career, Katy has worked across both NHS and private healthcare settings, gaining experience in acute medical care, intensive care, cardiac and colorectal surgery, amputee rehabilitation and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Over time, she discovered a particular passion for neurological rehabilitation and supporting people through the often complex journey of recovery after life-changing injuries and conditions.
The idea behind 360 Neuro Physio grew from Katy’s desire to create a service that offers truly personalised, holistic rehabilitation - one that looks beyond symptoms to support the whole person.
Drawing on her clinical experience and collaborative approach, Katy established 360 Neuro to bring together expert therapists and deliver high-quality, patient-centred care that helps people regain confidence, independence and quality of life.
Outside of work, Katy enjoys cooking, camping and attending festivals. She is known for her calm, friendly approach and her commitment to helping people feel supported, motivated and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Associate Physiotherapists
Megan Kirkwood is a HCPC-registered physiotherapist who takes a hands-on, patient-centred and holistic approach to rehabilitation, helping people rebuild confidence, improve movement and regain independence.
Megan graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Salford in 2023 and has gained broad experience across musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, respiratory, ICU and community physiotherapy settings in both the NHS and private sector.
Megan has also worked with individuals recovering from stroke and traumatic brain injury, supporting them to improve mobility, strength and day-to-day function through personalised rehabilitation programmes.
Alongside her physiotherapy career, Megan brings over 16 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, including cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, exercise referral and sports massage. This background allows her to combine hands-on treatment, targeted exercise and evidence-based physiotherapy to support lasting recovery and long-term wellbeing.
Alongside Katy, 360 Neuro is supported by a trusted team of associate physiotherapists who share the same passion for high-quality, patient-centred rehabilitation. Each therapist brings their own specialist experience, allowing us to provide well-rounded care tailored to the needs of every individual.

Helena Amos
Helena Amos is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist based in Manchester, specialising in adult rehabilitation for a wide range of conditions.
With over twelve years of experience, including NHS roles, she founded Helena Amos Occupational Therapy Ltd in 2022 to provide personalised, home-based therapy services across the North West.
Helena's practice focuses on supporting adults, to enhance their independence and quality of life. She offers a range of services, including assessments for home adaptations and equipment, support for memory and cognitive concerns, anxiety and fatigue management, report writing and enhancement of daily activities such as personal care, cooking, and mobility.
By collaborating with us at 360Neuro, together we aim to provide comprehensive and integrated care that addresses both physical and cognitive aspects of rehabilitation, ensuring holistic support for clients on their journey of recovery.
